Refund policy

Our garments embody the principles of slow fashion, skilfully handcrafted to empower Indian women in the workforce while preserving the rich heritage of ancient textile techniques. Each purchase plays a vital role in funding women empowerment initiatives across India, partnering with charitable organizations, and supporting local communities in sustaining their artisanal craftsmanship for the future.

Because of their exclusive and limited availability, all returned items (except for final sale products) are eligible for store credit, which will be issued as a Neeraga Gift Card.

RETURN PROCESS:

~ Returns are accepted within 2 days after receiving the article.

~ Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached, folded neatly in the Neeraga packaging provided.

~ Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

~ Returns are refunded (excluding shipping and taxes) as store credit in the form of a Neeraga Gift Card. Once your return is picked up, a store credit will be issued within 24-48 hours and shared with you via email. Your store credit or gift card will be valid for 6 months - plenty of time to find something you truly love.

~ Final sale items: no returns, store credits, or exchanges on final sale items.

~ We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. As we are a small team please allow up to 24-48 hours for your refund (in the form of store credit or gift card) to be processed once we receive the item. 

~ Please note Neeraga provides full responsibility for incorrectly supplied items. Should there be such an issue with your order please email our customer service team neeragaofficial@gmail.com.
